What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage and tracking pixels. They may support website functions, remember preferences or measure activity.
Our current website
Trainwell’s website code does not set cookies or use local storage for advertising, analytics or visitor profiling. We have not installed advertising pixels or the HubSpot tracking script. Form entries remain in the page while you complete an enquiry and are sent to HubSpot when you submit it.
Hosting and external resources
Hosting and network providers may use essential technologies to deliver the website, protect against abuse or maintain secure connections. Our pages also request fonts, icons and video from external providers. These requests share connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, with the provider; they do not necessarily involve a cookie. Provider behavior may depend on your browser and its privacy settings.
Enquiry forms
Our forms send your contact details, requirements and the page address to HubSpot to manage your enquiry. They do not load an embedded HubSpot form or its analytics tracker. Agreeing to contact about an enquiry is separate from consent to advertising or analytics cookies.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and restrict third-party content through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking external resources may affect video, icons or fonts. We currently offer no optional advertising or analytics cookies to enable. If we introduce optional technologies that require consent, we will provide the relevant choices before activating them and update this policy.
