This Privacy Notice explains how BreakoutLabs Inc., operating Trainwell as a division ("Trainwell," "we," or "us"), handles information collected through this website and related business enquiries.

Information we collect

When you enquire, we collect the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, operating history, systems used, categories of records and data requirements. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, assess potential partnerships, manage seller and buyer relationships, arrange follow-up discussions, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. A qualification score is an initial screening aid; licensing decisions require further review.

Service providers and sharing

We use HubSpot to receive and manage enquiries, hosting providers to operate the website, and email services for correspondence. These providers process information to deliver their services. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Submitting an enquiry does not authorize delivery of your underlying business records to AI buyers.

Enquiries are not datasets

Please do not submit patient information, customer or employee records, passwords, payment details, or confidential documents through these forms. Evaluation samples and datasets require a separately agreed scope, review of rights and privacy obligations, and appropriate handling arrangements. Removing direct identifiers does not by itself guarantee that a dataset is anonymous.

Cookies and external content

This launch version does not intentionally add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Our forms send the information you enter to HubSpot when submitted. Fonts, company icons and ocean video are loaded from external providers, which receive connection information needed to serve those resources. Browser settings can restrict third-party content and cookies; doing so may affect how the website works.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access according to business needs. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or stop non-essential follow-up, by emailing admin@breakoutlab.co. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We do not sell website enquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International visitors

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must apply. Where a legal basis is required, we process enquiries to take requested pre-contract steps, pursue legitimate business interests in responding and operating the service, comply with law, or rely on consent where appropriate.

Business use and updates
