This website is operated by Trainwell, a division of BreakoutLabs Inc. These terms describe the website and enquiry process. Separate written agreements govern any paid services, evaluation access or dataset licensing.

What Trainwell does

Trainwell helps businesses explore licensing operational knowledge and workflow records, and helps AI teams identify and prepare potential data sources. Website descriptions are general information. Availability, rights, suitability, preparation requirements, delivery schedules and commercial terms are assessed for each opportunity.

No license created by an enquiry

Submitting a form expresses interest only. It does not transfer ownership, authorize AI training, grant access to your systems, require you to provide records, appoint Trainwell as your exclusive representative, or commit either party to a transaction. Any evaluation or license requires separate agreement on the records, recipients, permitted uses and terms.

Information you submit

Provide accurate information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential datasets, personal customer or patient records, credentials, payment information or unlawful content through website forms. Trainwell may use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request as described in the Privacy Notice.

Qualification and potential earnings

Company-size and operating-history criteria are screening guidelines. Scores and website earnings figures are illustrative marketing information, not appraisals, offers, expected returns or guarantees. The displayed $100,000–$2,000,000 range is not a prediction of your company's earnings. Actual value depends on demand, quality, uniqueness, volume, rights and negotiated terms. A company may receive no offer.

Rights and preparation

Possession of a record does not necessarily confer the right to license it. Ownership, contracts, third-party rights, confidentiality, privacy and permitted use must be considered before any disclosure. Anonymization and other preparation are scoped to the dataset and intended use; no website statement guarantees that every record can be made anonymous or licensed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operation. We may restrict access to protect the service. Site content belongs to BreakoutLabs Inc. or its licensors; third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided as available. We aim for accurate information but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that general information is complete for your circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

External services and changes

Linked websites and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update the site and these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. A separate signed agreement takes priority for any specific service or license it covers.
